Order in the Court 2012 is an information manual for mock trial teacher advisors and student team members. It is also very helpful for new attorney coaches, as they begin working with their mock trial teams. The manual includes a four-week lesson plan to introduce teams to the basics of mock trial and also has sections about the players in a mock trial, courtroom procedures, rules of evidence, and information about how to develop opening statements, direct and cross-examinations and closing arguments.
