mock trial training . . .

The 2007-2008 Mock Trial Training is scheduled on Friday, November 7, and Saturday, November 8, at  the State Bar of New Mexico, 5121 Masthead NE, in Albuquerque. The Friday session, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM is for newer teams, and it will cover basic and very important mock trial information that all teacher advisors need to know.

The Saturday session, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, is open to all teams. Saturday morning will be devoted to plenary sessions on legal analysis of the case and developing a theme and theory, while the afternoon will feature concurrent workshops focused on opening statements and closing arguments, witness examination and the rules.

There is a non-refundable registration fee for the training of $5 for Friday (materials, refreshment break) and $15 (materials, continental breakfast,  lunch, afternoon refreshment break) for Saturday. All training attendees must register by November 2.
