The 2011 Mock Trial Training is scheduled on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010. The training will take place at  the State Bar of New Mexico, 5121 Masthead NE, in Albuquerque. IN ADDITION, WE HOPE TO PROVIDE THE TRAINING VIA WEBCAST, SO THAT TEAMS OUTSIDE THE ALBUQUERQUE AREA CAN ATTEND WITHOUT INCURRING EXPENSES FOR HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION.

The training will take place from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and is open to all registered teams. Saturday morning will be devoted to plenary sessions on legal analysis of the case and developing a theme and theory, while the afternoon will feature concurrent workshops focused on opening statements and closing arguments, witness examination and the rules.

There is a non-refundable registration fee and $15 (materials, continental breakfast,  lunch, afternoon refreshment break) for Saturday. The registration deadline for the training is Monday, October 18, (sorry, no exceptions).
