The mock trial case materials consist of the Problem (a statement of facts, prosecution/plaintiff witness statements, defense witness statements, exhibits, legal authorities), the Rules (of competition and simplified rules of evidence) and Order in the Court, an instructional manual for teacher advisors, attorney coaches and students. The Tips and Advice pages contain a variety of information to help you build your team, to become a skilled student attorney, or to develop as a star student witness.

Only those teams that have completed the online registration form and have submitted payment (purchase order or check) will be provided with the password necessary to access the problem. The Background Information, Rules and Order in the Court are available for reviewing or printing to anyone. 

If you are attending the mock trial training, please print, review and bring with you to the training the Problem and the Rules.
