iolta grants . . .

IOLTA grants are awarded annually to New Mexico nonprofits that provide civil legal services for the poor, legal education for the public or improvements in the administration of justice.

Applications are available in September, due in October and considered by the Grant Committee in November. The Committee's recommendations are reviewed by the CCV Board of Directors in December and submitted for approval to the State Supreme Court. Notice of approval is generally received from the Court during January, and applicants are notified in late January or early February. See current year Grantees.
