iolta grant application . . .

If your 501(c)(3) New Mexico nonprofit organization provides civil legal services for the poor, law-related education for the public or improvements in the administration of justice, you may be eligible to apply for an IOLTA grant. Before deciding to apply, please review the grant criteria.

After September 1, applications for the upcoming grant year are available online. They must be completed and postmarked by October 1 to be considered for funding in the next year.  If you don't have Reader©, you may download by clicking on the icon.

You may register to be added to the database of qualifying organizations that will receive an IOLTA grant application for the next cycle, if the submission date has passed.

IOLTA funding is available ONLY to New Mexico nonprofit organizations that provide legal services to the poor, law-related education for the public or improvements in the administration of justice.
